Masori is good with blowpipe, but I think everywhere you would bring a blowpipe you would also bring bowfa, in which case you would just camp crystal armor and not masori. Masori gives +8 ranged strength. Even ignoring the other pieces you might have like anguish or assembler, the bow has over 100 ranged str, so 15 is obviously way more than 8. It also increases the bonus from your ranged level. Accuracy is a similar story.The acb would just be for ruby bolts on zuk so consequently is probably the least important if you're learning. Fbow is only for magers, jads, and zuk. Acb is optional, bp is not. If you're bringing fbow, then bring crystal instead of arma.
