I can blow into the fuel pulse line and get fuel to pump out. Also did a vacuum check on the pump and it looked good. It seems like the carb is not pulsing the pump. The fuel tank and carb have smallmvent hoses. The one on the carb has a one-way valve as well. There a large vent hose on the transmission that goes all the way to the front and I don’t see a nipple where a smaller hose would attach.
